We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to keep our projects running smoothly and our records immaculate.

🎯 What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As our Document Controller, you will be the gatekeeper of all project documentation. You will ensure that accurate information flows seamlessly between our internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Manage the Document Control System: Receive, track, log, and distribute all project documents (drawings, reports, contracts, and other company related documents) using Excel & Aconex.

Quality & Compliance Control: Review incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy, proper formatting, and compliance with company and industry standards.

Archiving & Retrieval: Maintain a hyper-organized digital and physical filing system, ensuring team members can access critical information instantly.

Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and external vendors to manage document revisions and maintain an up-to-date Master Document Register (MDR).

Audit Readiness: Prepare for and assist with internal and external document audits.

🛠️ What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Document Controller, ideally within the Construction ,Engineering or Relevant Industry sector.

Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) like Aconex, BIM 360 and the MS Office Suite.

Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for mistakes, formatting errors, or missing metadata.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage tight deadlines, and handle a high volume of data without breaking a sweat.
