Hotel General Accountant / Accounting Supervisor in Al Baha

We are looking for an experienced General Accountant / Accounting Supervisor to join a 5-star hotel in Al Baha,

responsible for overseeing hotel accounting operations, reporting, and compliance in coordination with the Financial Controller (FC).

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of hotel accounting experience

Recent hotel experience is mandatory (pre-opening experience is a strong advantage)

Recent Accor experience is a strong advantage

Candidate must be currently inside Saudi Arabia

Strong knowledge of hotel accounting procedures and controls

Experience with hotel financial systems (Opera, SUN / Oracle, or similar)

Good communication skills and ability to work with all departments

Duties & Responsibilities:

Organize and supervise the hotel’s financial administration in coordination with the FC

Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, cost analysis, and profitability reports

Monitor and control expenses, income, purchases, payroll, and disbursements

Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and local regulations

Coordinate with all departments regarding financial performance and cost control

Supervise inventory and fixed assets stock-taking

Prepare and issue monthly financial reports and statutory reports

Oversee tax submissions, government reports, and external audits

Train, supervise, and evaluate accounting team members
