*About the Role*

Al Yousuf Operations and Maintenance Company (AYOMCO) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist with strong expertise in headhunting, sourcing, and end-to-end talent acquisition. The selected candidate will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across *Oil & Gas, Construction, EPC, Facilities Management (FM), MEP*, and other sectors, supporting both technical and professional workforce requirements.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

* Execute proactive headhunting strategies to identify passive candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs across multiple sectors.

* Work closely with department managers to understand manpower requirements, project demands, and workforce planning.

* Prepare and manage job postings, advertisements, and candidate communications.

* Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and follow up with selected candidates.

* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and Saudi Labor Law.

### Requirements

* Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Headhunter.

* Hands-on experience recruiting for *Oil & Gas, Construction, EPC, FM, MEP*, or related industries.

* Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and modern talent acquisition strategies.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience in the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia, is a strong advantage.

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
