Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) Specialist.The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in comprehensive intraoperative neuromonitoring across multiple surgical specialties and be capable of working independently in the operating room environment. Required Clinical Experience:Proven experience in monitoring during: • Thyroid & Parathyroid surgeries • Paratoid surgeries • Spine surgeries (Lumbar & Spinal procedures) • Brain / Neurosurgical procedures • Peripheral nerve monitoring when applicable⸻ Technical Requirements • Familiarity with Medtronic and NCC neuromonitoring systems • Proficient in: • EMG monitoring • SSEP • MEP • TOF understanding • Troubleshooting signal loss intraoperatively • Ability to differentiate physiological signal changes from surgical nerve injury⸻ Candidate Profile • Bachelor’s degree in Bio-medical engineering, Neurophysiology, Neuroscience, or a related medical field. • Minimum 2 years of IONM experience • Strong understanding of neurophysiology principles • Confident communication skills within the OR setting • Ability to work under pressure in complex surgical environments Preferred • Gulf region experience is a plus How to ApplyQualified candidates are invited to submit their CV to any
