WE ARE HIRING – Operations & Facility Manager in Juffair

We are looking for an experienced & Pro- active Operations & Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, facility maintenance, and tenant fit-out activities while ensuring smooth operations and high standards across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall operations and facility management activities.

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems.

• Manage & Coordinate tenant fit-out projects.

• Coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and service providers.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.

• Monitor maintenance schedules, and operational efficiency and stock Control

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities management, maintenance, and tenant fit-out.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and fit-out processes.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
