Elames Trading & Contracting W.L.L – Showroom Salesperson (Recruitment)

We have been a key company in the Behzad Group since 1973, specializing in premium finishing materials for high-end construction projects. We are currently seeking a showroom salesperson to join our team at our Ma’ameer showroom & head office in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist showroom visitors professionally and promptly.

2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (e.g., bathroom/kitchen tiles, marble, flooring, surface covering, etc.).

3. Explain product features, benefits, and available options.

4. Prepare/coordinate sales quotations with the support of the sales team.

5.Maintain showroom organization, display presentation, and product availability.

6. Build and maintain customer relationships and support follow-ups to close sales.

7. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth sales and service process.

8. Sell company products.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in retail showroom sales or construction/materials sales is preferred.

2. Strong communication and customer service skills.

3. Ability to handle sales targets and work with a professional sales approach.

4. Knowledge of bathroom/kitchen/flooring or related finishing materials (advantage).

5. Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage).

6. Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn.
