تفاصيل الوظيفة
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil projects.
Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare BOQs, quantity schedules, and pricing.
Review tenders and coordinate with technical departments, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Participate in Value Engineering and cost analysis activities.
Prepare estimation reports and price comparisons.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards applicable in the Saudi market.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
8–10 years of experience in estimation and costing within Saudi Arabia.
Good knowledge of contracting and construction contracts (EPC / Design & Build).
Proficiency in estimation software, Excel, and Office programs; familiarity with planning software is preferred.
Fluency in both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
