Designer (3D Designer & Draftsman) in Jeddah

Location: Jeddah

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer with expertise in 3D visualization, rendering, and technical drafting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative interior concepts, producing high-quality 3D renderings, preparing detailed shop drawings, and coordinating with the project team to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design

Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.

Prepare mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.

Select finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, and accessories.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to finalize designs.

Conduct site visits for measurements and design coordination.

3D Visualization

Create high-quality 3D models for interior fit-out projects.

Produce realistic photorealistic renderings and walkthroughs.

Prepare presentation visuals for client approvals.

Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

Technical Drafting

Prepare detailed layout drawings and furniture layouts.

Develop complete shop drawings for interior fit-out works.

Prepare ceiling layouts, flooring layouts, partition layouts, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and elevation drawings.

Prepare detailed joinery drawings for custom furniture and woodwork.

Coordinate drawings with MEP and structural requirements.

Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and site conditions.

Revise drawings as per consultant comments and site requirements.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with Estimation, Procurement, and Project teams during execution.

Support the site team with drawing clarifications and revisions.

Prepare As-Built Drawings upon project completion.

Maintain organized drawing revisions and project documentation.

Requirements

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Design.

Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Experience in commercial, residential, office, retail, hospitality, and residential fit-out projects.

Mandatory Requirements

Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.

Transferable Iqama preferred.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
