Checking availability of rooms, seats, or services and providing accurate information.
Making, modifying, and canceling reservations according to company policies.
Entering and updating booking details in the reservation system.
Confirming reservations and sending confirmation details to customers.
Providing information about prices, packages, facilities, schedules, and company services.
Processing payments and deposits when required.
Maintaining accurate customer records and reservation files.
Coordinating with other departments (such as front office, housekeeping, sales, or operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Preparing reservation reports and monitoring booking status.
Promoting additional services or upgrades to increase revenue.
