Assistant Store Supervisor Talabat (Delivery Hero Group) in Manama

talabat (Delivery Hero Group) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Store Supervisor to support daily store operations within its fast-paced Q-Commerce and retail fulfillment environment in Dubai, UAE. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth store performance, inventory accuracy, team coordination, and high service standards aligned with talabat’s operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Supervisor in managing day-to-day store and fulfillment operations

Ensure efficient picking, packing, and dispatch of orders within SLA timelines

Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and reduce shrinkage

Supervise store staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to SOPs

Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational standards

Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows

Assist in training new team members and monitoring performance

Handle basic reporting and operational documentation

Key Skills & Competencies:

Experience in retail, store operations, or Q-Commerce environments

Strong organizational and team coordination skills

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume operations

Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Basic knowledge of inventory management systems

Willingness to work flexible shifts as required
