Project Engineer – Construction in Manama

We are seeking a skilled Civil – Project Engineer to manage and oversee civil construction projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards with 10 -12 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and coordinate civil construction activities, including foundations, structural works, and finishing.

Review and interpret design drawings, technical specifications, and project plans.

Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.

Track progress, manpower, and material usage to optimize efficiency and cost.

Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits regularly.

Identify potential risks and provide practical solutions to construction challenges.

Assist in budgeting, cost estimation, and project reporting.

Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, reports, and project records.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Proven experience as a Civil Project Engineer or similar role in Residential, High Rise building projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
