Senior Project Controls Engineer in Jubail

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Engineer to join our Head Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling multiple construction and industrial projects, including cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, budgeting, invoicing projections, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and control project costs, budgets, and expenditures.

* Track project progress against approved schedules and milestones.

* Prepare weekly and monthly project performance reports.

* Monitor actual versus planned progress and identify variances.

* Develop project forecasts including revenue, cost, cash flow, and expected final results.

* Review project productivity and resource utilization.

* Prepare earned value analysis and project performance indicators.

* Monitor project commitments, procurement status, and subcontractor costs.

* Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, and Finance departments.

* Prepare monthly invoicing forecasts and support billing activities.

* Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions.

* Support management in decision-making through accurate project controls data and dashboards.

* Maintain project control systems, records, and reporting tools.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

* Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Controls, Cost Control, or Planning within construction, infrastructure, EPC, or industrial projects.

* Strong knowledge of project cost management and forecasting.

* Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

* Experience with Primavera P6.

* Experience with Power BI is preferred.

* Strong analytical and reporting skills.

* Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Experience

* Experience in Saudi Aramco, SABIC, industrial, infrastructure, projects.

* Familiarity with earned value management (EVM).

* Experience preparing executive dashboards and management reports.
