MEP Supervisor in Manama

Lead, manage, and motivate the MEP technical team, providing guidance and mentoring.

Schedule and assign work for technicians and crews.

Ensure optimal use of manpower and resources.

Provide internal training to team members.

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Coordinate with other teams, contractors, and engineers to ensure MEP tasks align with project timelines and specifications.

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide work crews.

Manage the close-out procedures for MEP work on construction projects.

Manage both routine maintenance and reactive/emergency maintenance, responding to help desk requests and troubleshooting issues promptly.

Maintain and repair equipment, including control panels for electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical tools.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and associated costs.

Monitor the performance of MEP systems and ensure overall system efficiency.

Monitor and enforce quality control, ensuring work meets safety standards, regulations, and project requirements.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to check workmanship and compliance.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols for all equipment and work activities.

Promote and ensure a safe work environment for the entire team.
