Job Title: STP Operator – Aramco Project (Ras Tanura – Offshore)

About the Role:

We are hiring STP Operators for our Saudi Aramco Project at Ras Tanura. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Sewage Treatment Plant operations and maintenance, with the ability to handle plant-related activities efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) systems and equipment.

Perform routine checks, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance of pumps, valves, and aeration systems.

Maintain log sheets, operational records, and report abnormalities.

Follow safety procedures and environmental compliance standards.

Must be willing to work at offshore locations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in STP / wastewater treatment operations.

Knowledge of swimming is mandatory (for offshore safety requirements).

Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical aspects of treatment plant operation.

Ability to work in shifts and offshore environments.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: SAR 2,700/month

Food Allowance: SAR 300/month

Offshore Allowance: SAR 300/month (once mobilized at offshore site)

Accommodation & Transportation: Provided by the company
