Urgent Requirement – Civil Supervisor (Only for indian Nationals)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Project: Food Processing Facility – Building Construction

Nationality : Indian

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Civil Supervisor to join our team for the construction of a Seafood Processing Facility in Jeddah.

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E) in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction projects.

Saudi experience strongly preferred.

Proven experience in Structural Steel works.

Strong ability to manage site activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of HSE, QA/QC, and project documentation procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Spend 80% of time on-site, actively monitoring work and ensuring safety remains the top priority.

20% desk work including reporting and documentation.

Issue Work Permits to control and authorize site activities.

Review and approve Inspection Requests (IRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs).

Witness and verify site tests for quality assurance.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams on project-related matters.

Review construction drawings to ensure compliance with specifications.

Capture and update site progress photographs in shared folders.

Report all site incidents immediately and maintain proper documentation.

Attend progress meetings and provide regular updates.

Identify and report non-conformities, ensuring timely corrective actions.

Conduct site surveys during initiation and planning stages.

Verify As-Built drawings before project close-out.

Perform other project-related tasks as required.
