This full-time, site-based role involves supervising artificial turf installation works across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with FIFA Quality and FIFA Quality Pro standards. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in FIFA-certified football field projects, strong technical knowledge of turf systems, and proven leadership skills to manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily operations. Responsibilities include overseeing base preparation, drainage systems, turf laying, infill application, line marking, quality control, and reporting progress to management.
