Landscaping Bidding Manager(HALSCO) in Riyadh

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Landscaping Bidding Manager to manage, prepare, and submit competitive bids for landscaping projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of landscaping works, tender procedures, BOQ preparation, pricing, and communication with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and tender documents for landscaping projects.

Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate pricing.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.

Conduct site visits when required to evaluate project requirements.

Develop cost estimates, material lists, and calculation sheets.

Ensure all submissions meet client requirements and deadlines.

Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Support the management team in negotiations and contract finalization.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscaping bidding, estimation, or project costing.

Strong understanding of landscaping materials, plants, irrigation systems, and construction.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and estimation tools.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
