Network & IPTV Engineer in Khobar

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network & IPTV Engineer to join our team in a challenging, high-availability hospitality environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of enterprise-grade network infrastructure and IPTV delivery systems.

Key Technical Competencies Required:

Networking (Cisco Meraki & Aruba): In-depth knowledge of Cisco Meraki and Aruba Network infrastructure, including configuration, full-scale deployment, and advanced troubleshooting.

Security (Fortinet): Strong proficiency in Fortinet Firewall management, including security policy configuration, VPN management, and implementation of network security best practices.

IPTV Systems: Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting end-to-end IPTV systems, including headend equipment, video streamers, and middleware.

Troubleshooting: Expert-level ability to perform complex network diagnostics and resolve critical technical issues in high-pressure, hospitality-sector environments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the lifecycle of network and IPTV hardware refreshes.

Monitor performance, latency, and system stability to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on network outages or video streaming disruptions.

Maintain accurate technical documentation for all site configurations.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to execute system upgrades and infrastructure maintenance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Demonstrable experience working with the specified vendor stack (Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet).

Solid understanding of network protocols, multicast traffic, and video streaming standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and rapid response times.
