Requirements:
* Must be a Bahraini national
* 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in perfumes or cosmetics
* Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong persuasion ability
* Good knowledge of perfume brands, fragrance notes, and product presentation
* Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances
* Professional appearance and a confident, positive attitude
* Commitment to achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Team player with a proactive attitude towards learning and growth
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers and provide personalized fragrance consultations
* Achieve individual and store sales targets
* Maintain attractive product displays and organize stock efficiently
* Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
* Ensure store cleanliness and adhere to brand service standards
