Finance Executive / Sales Operations Executive(Female) in Jeddah

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive / Sales Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in finance operations, reconciliation, sales order processing, and ERP systems. This is a long-term opportunity with excellent career growth prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Download account statements from dashboards and perform reconciliation by linking invoices with corresponding payments.

• Raise Credit Notes (CNs) for deductions, refunds, and adjustment cases.

• Monitor and ensure timely receipt of payments against all issued invoices.

• Perform daily bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.

• Handle daily sales order entry in SAP and perform reconciliation activities.

• Regularly monitor daily orders, update Google Sheets, and escalate operational issues when required.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and finance operations.

• Maintain accuracy in financial and operational reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems and reconciliation processes.

• Knowledge of payment gateways and finance operations.

• Experience in sales operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail industries.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
