Export Manager (Perfume Industry) in Makkah

Job Purpose

The Export Manager is responsible for managing and expanding international sales of perfume products, handling export documentation, compliance, logistics, and developing strong relationships with overseas distributors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute export sales strategies to grow international markets

Identify new export opportunities and manage existing overseas accounts

Handle end-to-end export operations including documentation (Invoice, PL, COO, MSDS, etc.)

Coordinate with logistics, freight forwarders, and customs agents

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and country-specific requirements

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with international clients

Monitor export sales performance, forecasts, and collections

Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure timely dispatch

Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or related field

5–8 years of experience in export sales (perfume/cosmetics preferred)
