Our team is supporting a major Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Plant Expansion Project based in Dhurma, Riyadh, KSA. We are looking for experienced professionals with strong backgrounds in power plant construction, commissioning, and EPC environments.

1️⃣ Project Manager (15+ Years of Experience)

Mandatory: Power Plant experience (CCGT preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall project execution, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to maintain seamless project progress.

Manage subcontractors, resolve technical and contractual issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Oversee risk management, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards across all project phases.

2️⃣ Logistics Manager (10+ Years of Experience)

Mandatory: Power Plant or large EPC project experience

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and control all logistics activities for materials, equipment, and heavy‑lift items.

Manage international and local shipments, customs clearance, warehousing, and site material flow.

Develop logistics strategies to avoid delays and ensure timely delivery to site.

Coordinate with procurement, construction, and vendors to maintain accurate material tracking.

Ensure compliance with KSA logistics regulations and project HSE requirements.

3️⃣ Electrical Deputy Manager (10+ Years of Experience)

Mandatory: Power Plant experience + Vendor Management exposure

Key Responsibilities

Support the Electrical Manager in supervising all electrical construction and installation activities.

Manage vendor coordination, technical clarifications, and interface issues for electrical packages.

Review electrical drawings, method statements, and installation procedures.

Monitor site progress, ensure compliance with project specifications, and resolve technical issues.

Assist in testing, pre‑commissioning, and commissioning activities for electrical systems.

4️⃣ HVAC Engineer (Minimum 5 Years of Experience)

Mandatory: Power Plant or industrial project experience

Key Responsibilities

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems across plant buildings and auxiliary facilities.

Review HVAC designs, equipment specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams for smooth execution.

Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure proper system balancing and performance.

Ensure all HVAC works meet safety, quality, and environmental standards.
