Planning Manager

– Project planning and scheduling Developing logic networks based on critical path Framing work breakdown structure/activity code structure
– Project progress monitoring & Schedule compliance Project cost controlling by calculating Man hours Identifying bottleneck areas and alerting management
– Coordination and interface with client, and other sub-contractors
– Conceptualizing project execution plans, finalizing Scope of work after thorough discussion with Clients, and conducting project evaluation in terms of outlays and profits
– Control of monthly production schedule, Material schedule, reports and Progress reports (including MIS reports) Control of material for assigned projects.
– (ERP and Primavera Packages.) Preparation of Build Strategy Project budgeting and control Cardinal Program charts and detail pert monitoring Providing earned value information of projects in line with the requirements Developing the appropriate systems and procedures to deliver services to a New client

Requirements

• You will be a recognized expert with a minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience in a similar role
• You will have considerable planning experience showing clear career progression in the planning field through working with client-side
• Successful applicants will have experience working on high-value, high-rise and other building projects Proficiency in the use of Primavera (P3/P5/P6) and MS Project is also essential Strong verbal and written communication skills is essential Civil Engineering graduate registered in Saudi Council of engineering
