Job Opening: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients to drive company growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and decision-makers.

• Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.

• Lead proposal preparation, tender submissions, and prequalification processes.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business insights.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure technical and commercial readiness for new projects.

• Support contract negotiations and assist in closing deals successfully.

• Track and report on the business development pipeline and performance metrics.

• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and professional forums.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field certified.

• 8–12 years of experience in Business Development roles within construction, contracting, or related industries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into successful projects.

• Familiarity with tendering processes, contracts, and prequalification requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
