Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, Riyadh-based *Graduate Mechanical Engineer* to join our metal fabrication team. This is a fully **onsite role** that bridges the gap between engineering design and hands-on workshop production. You will split your time between the engineering office and the production floor to turn 3D models into high-quality metal products.

Key Responsibilities

CAD Drafting (Office): Create and update 2D/3D fabrication drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) using SolidWorks or AutoCAD.

Shop-Floor Support (Onsite Workshop) Spend daily time on the production floor tracking workflows (cutting, bending, welding) and assisting technicians.

Quality & Safety Inspections (Onsite): Physically inspect finished metal components against project tolerances and ensure workshop safety standards are met.

Team Liaison: Act as the direct, in-person link between the design office and the shop floor to troubleshoot production issues in real-time.

Requirements

(Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (Fresh graduates welcome).

Location & Availability: Must currently reside in Riyadh and be fully available for daily onsite factory duty.

Skills

* Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).

* Basic understanding of metal properties, welding, and fabrication processes.

* Strong communication and comfort working in a busy manufacturing facility.

Language: Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
