Workshop Manager in Khobar

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our maintenance workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technicians, scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all workshop activities including vehicle, equipment, and machinery maintenance and repair.

Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime.

Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.

Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety and company standards.

Conduct inspections and quality checks after maintenance or repair work.

Train, guide, and evaluate workshop technicians and support staff.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance operations, costs, and performance reports.

Coordinate with operations and logistics departments to support field requirements.

Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in workshop supervision or maintenance management.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.

Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., SAP or CMMS).

Strong communication and organizational skills.
