QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) in Manama

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs.

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Manage subcontractor quotations, evaluations, and payment certifications.

• Prepare monthly valuations, cost reports, and cashflow projections.

• Handle variation claims, EOT cost impacts, and contractual correspondence.

• Coordinate closely with project teams for site measurements and commercial updates.

• Support procurement by reviewing material prices and tracking project budgets.

• Assist in tender submissions with accurate costing and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC / MoW contractual frameworks.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software tools.

• Excellent documentation, communication, and cost-control skills.

• BIM (Revit / Navisworks) experience is an added advantage—especially for digital quantity extraction and clash-coordination review.
