Position – Purchasing Officer

Artic – Arabian tile Company providing customers with high-quality terrazzo tiles, interlock, hardscape furniture, and tailor-made services -designing & manufacturing- facade systems of fiber-glass reinforced materials, such as GRC, GRP, and GRG.

Duty & Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, price, and reliability.

• Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.

• Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier information.

• Review and compare quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

• Resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, or invoicing.

Requirements & Job Details

– Experience – 4 to 6 Years

– Work location – Riyadh , Saudi Arabia

– Candidate should locally available in Saudi Arabia

– Academics – Bachelor of Business Administration / Supply Chain

– Skills Sets – SAP System Awareness / Strong Negation Skills / High Volume of communication
