IT Engineer in Riyadh

We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to support and enhance our organization’s technology infrastructure. You will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT systems while providing technical support and contributing to key projects.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, workstations, and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS)

Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve Tier 2/3 support tickets

Manage Active Directory, backups, security updates, and endpoint devices

Monitor system performance and implement optimizations

Document processes and assist with IT projects and migrations

Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Requirements

3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN), and Microsoft 365

Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and basic scripting (PowerShell preferred)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) a plus
