Optical Sales Executive in Manama

Role Overview

We are hiring an Optical Sales Executive to support our retail operations and revenue growth. The role requires a customer-focused professional with strong communication and networking skills, capable of delivering a premium in-store experience while driving sales performance. Preference will be given to Filipino candidates with proven retail or optical sales exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage walk-in customers and provide professional guidance on frames, lenses, contact lenses, and optical accessories

• Build rapport with customers to understand visual needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget considerations

• Coordinate with optometrists to ensure accurate prescriptions and appropriate product recommendations

• Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and value-added services such as free eye tests

Actively contribute to meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets

• Maintain product displays, ensure visual merchandising standards, and uphold brand presentation

• Support customer follow-ups, after-sales service, and repeat business development

Candidate Profile

• Filipino national with excellent communication skills in English

• Prior experience in optical retail, eyewear sales, or premium retail is an advantage

• Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills

• Presentable, confident, and service-oriented

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell ethically and professionally

• Willingness to learn optical products, lens technologies, and retail systems
