Joinery Quantity Surveyor in Manama

We are hiring joinery Quantity Surveyor for an reputed company in Bahrain

Salary : Negatable

Duty Hours : 8 Hours / 26 Days

Any nationality

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Pre-Contract & Estimating:I nterpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents to prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs.

Analyze supplier quotations and material costs for competitive tendering.

Post-Contract & Commercial Management:

Monitor, manage, and approve Variation Orders (VOs) and claims with clients and consultants.

Prepare monthly progress payments/valuations of work completed on-site.

Prepare and update Cost-to-Complete (CTC) reports, comparing actual costs against budgeted costs to manage profitability.

Procurement & Inventory:Manage procurement budgets and assist in the tender process.

Review inventory levels and coordinate with the factory/store for material requirements.

Site Coordination:Conduct site measurements and surveys to verify work progress.

Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
