URGENT – Payroll Specialist In Riyadh – Entry Level (Retail Company) in Riyadh

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong timekeeping experience who are looking to start a career in payroll. Basic knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily review and maintain accurate employee timekeeping records.

• Verify timesheets and identify discrepancies before payroll processing.

• Assist with payroll preparation and processing.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding timekeeping and payroll.

• Maintain accurate payroll and employee records while ensuring confidentiality.

• Support payroll audits and reporting activities.

• Perform basic SAP transactions related to payroll and employee data, as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is a MUST

• Experience with timekeeping systems or attendance management is a must.

• Basic knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn payroll processes and systems.

• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge about Saudi labor law.
