UHT Line CFT – Operator Machine Processing Sterilizer 10 Candidate

Requirement

Operate and monitor the processing unit CFT using UHT technologies to ensure efficient workflow, while maintaining product quality and safety in accordance with established standards

Duties & Responsibilities: Operate and monitor the processing unit (pasteurization, UHT, mixing, cooling).

Operate CFT for UHT for Processing and sterilizing the product and adjust technical parameters.

Execute CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization procedures.

Inspect equipment and ensure proper functioning and product safety.

Handle minor faults and report major issues to maintenance.

Record operational and production data accurately.

Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and production teams for smooth operations.

Comply with health, safety, and quality protocols.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or Technical/Industrial Diploma (preferably in Operations, Mechanics, or Electrical Engineering).

Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating CFT lines (UHT Sterilizer).

Good knowledge of PLC/HMI systems and thermal processing technologies.

Preferably trained by Tetra Pak or CFT.

Communicate clearly with supervisors and peers.

Takes ownership and performs tasks accurately.

Technical Skills:

Operates and adjusts machines as per specifications.
