🏗️ Senior Planning Engineer

China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join the landmark Superblock Five Project in Medina, Saudi Arabia.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with extensive experience in high-rise buildings, luxury hospitality developments, and large-scale construction projects.

⭐ Preferred Background

Candidates with proven experience in High-Rise Towers, 5-Star Hotels, Mixed-Use Developments, and Mega Construction Projects will be given priority.

✅ Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 15+ years of planning experience in major construction projects.

Strong experience in High-Rise Buildings (30+ floors preferred).

Proven involvement in 5-Star Hotel and Luxury Hospitality Projects.

Experience with Mixed-Use Developments, Commercial Towers, or Mega Projects.

Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and project scheduling.

Strong understanding of project planning, baseline schedules, progress monitoring, forecasting, and recovery planning.

Experience preparing EOT (Extension of Time) claims and delay analysis.

Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.

Excellent reporting and presentation skills.

Familiarity with international construction standards and project controls.

Experience working with international contractors is highly desirable.

Immediate availability or a short notice period will be a significant advantage.
