We Are Hiring CAD Supervisor in Khobar

We are looking for an experienced CAD Supervisor to lead and develop our CAD team for surveying and engineering projects. The role requires strong technical skills, hands on supervision, and the ability to improve quality, workflows, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily CAD drafting activities for surveying and engineering

projects

• Develop and train CAD operators and junior staff

• Establish and enforce CAD standards, templates, and checking procedures

• Review drawings for accuracy, quality, and submission compliance

• Coordinate with survey, GIS, BIM, and engineering teams

• Plan workload, track productivity, and meet project deadlines

• Minimize rework through effective quality control

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field

• Minimum 7 years CAD experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory

role

• Strong command of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation

• Working knowledge of related software such as GeoPak, InRoads,

OpenRoads, Navisworks, and basic BIM tools

• Experience with topographic, infrastructure, utility, and as built drawings

• Proven ability to lead, train, and assess CAD teams

• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
