Site Technician (Field Operations & Execution) in Riyadh

At Kian BeeLadi Trading Co., our reputation is built on precision execution on-site. We are looking for an absolute master of the craft—a Site Technician who takes pride in flawless installations, respects workplace safety, and treats an industrial control panel or electrical substation like a work of art.

If you have a deep history of executing major electromechanical, automation, and life safety projects on Saudi soil, we want you on our frontline team.

What You Will Do:

• Precision Installation: Lead the physical deployment, glanding, and termination of heavy MV/LV

switchgear, transformers, and intricate cable tray distribution systems.

• System Integration: Wire and install addressable fire alarm panels, UL/FM-certified fire pump

controllers, VESDA systems, and smart ICT infrastructure arrays.

• Testing & Commissioning: Conduct Insulation Resistance (Megger) checks, continuity testing,

and loop calibrations alongside commissioning teams.

• Site Leadership: Enforce strict HSE/LOTO standards on the ground and direct small sub-

contractor crews to ensure deadlines are met without compromising craftsmanship.

What We Are Looking For:

• Education: Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Instrumentation

Engineering.

• Experience: 5+ years of direct, rugged site execution experience in industrial MEP or power

infrastructure inside KSA.

• Tool & Equipment Mastery: Complete hands-on confidence using advanced diagnostic tools

(multimeters, earth ground testers, OTDR).

• Regulatory Compliance: Clear familiarity with Saudi Civil Defense safety protocols on active job

sites.

• Legal Requirements: Valid KSA driving license and a Transferable Iqama.
