URGENT REQUIREMENT – PIPING SUPERVISOR (Documentation & Site Execution)

Location: Yanbu , Saudi Arabia

Industry:** Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Construction

We are seeking an experienced and qualified **Piping Supervisor** for a leading petrochemical/oil & gas construction project.

—– Experience Requirements

* Minimum **5+ years of experience** in piping supervision within petrochemical or oil & gas construction projects.

* Strong knowledge of:

* Piping Drawings

* Isometric Drawings

* P&IDs

* Material Specifications

* Site Execution Procedures

* Good understanding of **ASME, API, and project piping standards**.

* Proficient in **MS Excel** and **MS Word**.

### Key Requirement

The selected candidate will initially be assigned to **documentation and engineering support activities** before transitioning to site supervision and execution responsibilities.

### Job Responsibilities

#### Documentation Phase (Primary Initial Assignment)

* Prepare Method Statements, Work Procedures, and ITPs.

* Review and verify P&IDs, isometrics, GA drawings, and material specifications.

* Prepare work packages, job cards, and construction dossiers.

* Maintain daily and weekly progress reports and manpower reports.

* Coordinate with QA/QC, Planning, Engineering, and HSE departments for document approvals.

* Update weld maps, spool status, and material tracking records.

* Assist in hydrotest package preparation and related documentation.

* Ensure all project documentation complies with client and project requirements.

#### Site Execution Phase

* Supervise piping fabrication, installation, alignment, and erection activities.

* Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, procedures, and project standards.

* Monitor site progress and resolve construction-related issues.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, and client representatives.

* Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.

* Support hydrotesting, reinstatement, punch-list clearance, and project handover activities.

* Verify the availability of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower for smooth execution.
