Logistics Supervisor in Al Wadi

Purpose:

The Logistics Supervisor – Kitchen is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound logistics activities of the production kitchen, ensuring timely dispatch, accurate order fulfillment, temperature compliance, and efficient coordination between kitchen, warehouse, and delivery teams.

Skills :

On-time dispatch and delivery rate

Temperature compliance score

Dispatch accuracy (zero short/excess deliveries)

Waste and damage reduction

Audit and inspection compliance results

Strong leadership and team-management skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic computer skills (ERP, Excel, dispatch systems)

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (preferred).

3–5 years of logistics or dispatch supervision experience in a food production kitchen or F&B environment.

Strong knowledge of cold chain logistics and food safety standards.

Experience working with delivery fleets (in-house or third-party) and meal delivery brands like calo, right bite, antifat+, and similar concepts.

Must know english and arabic
