Job Summary

The Reach Truck Driver is responsible for operating reach trucks to handle materials stored at height in narrow aisle warehouse environments. The role focuses on accuracy, safety, and efficiency in high-rack storage operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate reach trucks to store and retrieve pallets from high racking

Load, unload, and move inventory accurately and safely

Perform pre-operation equipment checks and report faults

Ensure correct placement of stock according to warehouse layout

Assist with stock rotation, inventory counts, and order fulfillment

Maintain clear aisles and organized storage locations

Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations

Work collaboratively with warehouse team members

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid reach truck license/certification

Proven experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse setting

Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards

Ability to work at heights and in narrow aisles

Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

Attention to detail and strong time-management skills
