The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost control, quotations, invoicing, and supplier coordination to ensure healthy sales margins and controlled expenses. Key Responsibilities: Data entry of quantities, costs, and sales records. Prepare and issue quotations to customers accurately and on time. Issue sales invoices and follow up on customer collections. Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate for the best prices. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost efficiency. Fix pricing targets and maintain agreed sales margins. Support management with cost analysis and profitability reports. Maintain accurate documentation and accounting records. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Previous experience in quantity accounting, costing, or sales accounting (preferably in FMCG, tissue, or disposable products). Strong skills in MS Excel and accounting systems. Good communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of pricing, costing, and margin control is an advantage.
