QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) in Jeddah

Key Responsibilities

• Project cost control from award to final account

• Accurate measurement of executed work

• Preparation and submission of client RA bills

• Identification, pricing, and recovery of variations

• Subcontractor bill verification and certification

• Monthly cost reporting and forecast final cost tracking

• Support final account settlement and project closeout

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 7–10 years QS experience in commercial construction

• Saudi Arabia project experience is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of BOQs, measurements, and contracts

• Experience handling multiple running projects

• Familiar with consultant-based approval systems

• Good command of Excel and cost control formats

• Willing to visit sites regularly
