Laboratory Engineer – Job Title: Laboratory Engineer
– Location: [Alula-Madinah]

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise all quality control tests for raw materials used in concrete production (e.g., cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures).
– Conduct routine tests on fresh and hardened concrete (e.g., slump tests, compressive strength, and air content).
– Develop and design new concrete mixes to meet various project requirements and specific technical specifications.
– Monitor concrete performance on-site and provide technical support to operational teams.
– Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
– Prepare technical reports of laboratory results and analyze data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
– Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards (e.g., ASTM, SASO, BS).
– Participate in troubleshooting technical issues related to concrete quality.
– Train and mentor laboratory technicians
متطلبات الوظيفة

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of [4-5 years] of experience in concrete laboratories or quality control within the ready-mix concrete industry
• Strong knowledge of concrete and construction material testing standards
• Ability to design concrete mixes and analyze test results
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
