CCTV Technician in Jeddah

Position: CCTV Technician

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced CCTV Technician to monitor surveillance systems, report any unusual activities, and ensure the security of our facilities and retail shops. The candidate will also be responsible for visiting shops when required to troubleshoot and resolve any technical faults in the CCTV system.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor live CCTV surveillance feeds and promptly report any suspicious or unusual activity.

Conduct regular checks of CCTV equipment to ensure proper functionality.

Visit shops or locations as needed to inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot CCTV issues.

Perform basic repairs, adjustments, and maintenance of surveillance systems.

Coordinate with the management team for security-related incidents and provide detailed reports.

Ensure all cameras, DVR/NVR equipment, and network connections are operational.

Maintain logs of system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is a must.

Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or in surveillance/security systems.

Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR setup, and basic networking.

Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Willingness to visit shops and locations across Makkah when required.

Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.

Ability to work independently and respond quickly to urgent issues.

Basic IT knowledge is an advantage.
