Business Development Manager (BDM) – Contracting Company in Dammam

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing contracting company in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships within the construction and contracting sector.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and develop new business opportunities in contracting, construction, and industrial projects

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

-Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals

-Lead bidding, prequalification, and tendering activities

-Achieve business development targets

-Coordinate with project and estimation teams for project execution

-Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration or related field

-5–10 years experience in contracting / construction business development

-Strong knowledge of Saudi market (preferred)

-Excellent communication and negotiation skills

-Proven track record in winning projects

-Transferable iqama preferred
