The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Crafting Excellence: Prepare and serve a full menu of espresso drinks, drip coffee, and specialty beverages to the highest quality standards. (Latte art skills are a big plus!)

• The Customer Experience: Be the face of our brand, providing genuinely warm, efficient, and memorable customer service.

• Operations: Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, maintain inventory, and keep the coffee bar spotless and organized.

• Team Collaboration: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, communicating clearly with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

What We’re Looking For (The “Must-Haves”)

• Nationality: Filipino national.

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee setting.

• Language: Excellent communication skills in English.

• Skills: Proven ability to operate a commercial espresso machine and grinder.

• Attitude: Highly adaptable, proactive, and resilient with a strong focus on quality and detail.
