One of the Leading Cafe in Bahrain is looking for a Store Supervisor join the team immediately. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in the same position.
Role Overview:
The Store supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the store,
ensuring smooth workflow, food quality, hygiene, staff management, and cost efficiency.
This role focuses on production, delivery coordination, and maintaining operational
standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations including food preparation, cooking, packing, and
dispatch.
• Supervise store staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity.
• Maintain food quality, taste consistency, and portion control.
• Monitor raw material usage, reduce wastage, and control food cost.
• Coordinate with delivery platforms and ensure timely order dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Plan staff schedules, manage attendance, and provide training.
• Handle inventory, supplier coordination, and stock rotation.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
• Report daily operations, sales, and performance updates to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years’ experience in leader role, preferably in cafe/quick service.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (inventory-COGS and POS systems is a plus).

• Timely execution of orders with zero delays.
• Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Staff productivity and teamwork during shifts.
• Reduction in wastage and proper inventory usage.
• Customer satisfaction through quality and consistency.
Salary : BHD 200 + Accommodation Allowance BHD 50 + Shift Allowance BHD 30
