Job Opportunity: Mid–Senior Accountant – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Alfa Gulf Technologies and Construction is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Mid–Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of KSA accounting principles, VAT regulations, and financial reporting standards, with proven experience in corporate accounting and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

Prepare financial statements, reports, and management summaries in compliance with local regulations.

Ensure accurate calculation, filing, and reporting of KSA VAT and other statutory requirements.

Process and review invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.

Maintain organized financial records and support internal and external audits.

Collaborate with departments to ensure timely and accurate billing and cost tracking.

Prepare bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and payroll entries.

Provide financial insights and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification preferred).

4–6 years of professional accounting experience, preferably within Saudi Arabia.

Strong knowledge of KSA VAT laws, ZATCA compliance, and local accounting standards.

Must have Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems).

Skilled in preparing invoices, quotations, and other business documentation.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
