Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in restaurant accounting and procurement management, ensuring smooth financial operations and efficient sourcing of goods and services. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of restaurant supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and expense tracking.

Handle supplier invoices, payments, and petty cash records accurately.

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

Source and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing, quality, and timely delivery of goods.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for procurement needs.

Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance regularly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting and procurement, preferably within the F&B or restaurant sector.

Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Excel, Zoho, Odoo).

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
