Assistant Dirctor

Assistant Dirctor – Drive revenue and profit increase to achieve the Segment`s ambitious growth as per segment strategy
– Develop the business development strategy and drive its implementation
– Be a key driver in initiating market requirements and work with other departments in the development of solutions and offers
– Maintain relationship with key clients and prospects
– Responsible of the overall management of the business development team across the different sub-segments
– Work closely with marketing and other company departments to ensure the company remain competitive in term of cost, service portfolio and innovation
– Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on competitors
– Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.

• 15+ years of experience in business development in the B2B food service industry, at least 5 years in managerial role.
• Operational experience or Facility management experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. .
• Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong networking capabilities
