We’re Hiring: Facility Management Civil Engineer – Jeddah, KSA

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join our Facility Management team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil maintenance, project coordination, and ensuring high-quality facility operations across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all civil maintenance activities within facilities (buildings, infrastructure, utilities, etc.)

Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance works

Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks

Prepare technical reports, BOQs, and inspection checklists

Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and Saudi regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Facility Management or Building Maintenance

Strong knowledge of construction materials, repair methods, and FM best practices

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and CAFM systems

Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration preferred

Based in Jeddah, or willing to relocate
